Vaxine is going to be the best database for geo-distributed LiveView applications
Based on AntidoteDB (which is developed in Erlang) building layers on it in Elixir, integrating it with Ecto
Sounds great - and looking here on the forum there’s already a thread about it:

Seems, that the link’s doesn’t exit anymore, they are now https://electric-sql.com/ and the focus has changed a little bit to the Javascript World.
