We’re looking for a Senior Elixir Fullstack Engineer to join our empowered product team, building simple, elegant software from complex requirements. This is meaningful, fast-paced product work with real impact. We’re a small, hands-on team that owns a single product end to end. Start date: December 1, 2025 or January 5, 2026.

About the job

  • Job title: Senior Fullstack Engineer (Elixir/Phoenix)

  • Job description: You will design, build, and maintain our Elixir/Phoenix codebase, shape our architecture, collaborate closely with Product and Design, and help build a privacy-first platform that handles sensitive data securely and reliably.

  • Salary range: Competitive, based on experience

  • Qualifications or experience required: Several years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer; ideally Elixir or Ruby background; strong product mindset; understanding of GDPR and secure software design; professional English.

  • What the successful job applicant will be working on:Building and maintaining a clean, reliable codebase with Phoenix/LiveView; iterating quickly in small cycles; contributing to architecture decisions; taking responsibility for privacy and security; influencing processes, tooling, and team culture.

Position on remote work

  • Remote job: yes

  • Remote restrictions: EU only

  • Remote leeway: Hybrid in Berlin preferred, remote is also ok (if everything else fits)

  • Any other notes about your position on remote work: We are a distributed-friendly product team with a preference for periodic in-person collaboration in Berlin.
