Job title: Software Engineer Elixir

Job description:

You will be part of our Measurement Department and develop systems using Elixir and Phoenix, participating in the entire development cycle, from understanding user needs to deploying solutions. You will design technical solutions, leveraging the unique features of Elixir, OTP and the Beam.

In addition to having advanced knowledge of Elixir, we expect you to act as a knowledge multiplier within the team. However, we value professionals who are flexible and open to any technology. Over time, you may also work with other languages in our stack, such as Python, Golang, and Flutter/Dart. Our focus is on problem solving, not just the tools we use.

By working on NIC.br’s Measurement Project, you will deepen your expertise in large-scale systems and gain advanced knowledge of protocols and network programming, as well as practical experience in the telecommunications sector. Your work will have a direct impact on improving Internet quality in Brazil.

Qualifications or experience required: mid-level to senior level

Hi @ricksonoliveira. Thank you, for your reply! Unfortunately I can foresee only on-site roles currently, according to the company’s policy. In case you would consider moving to São Paulo for an interesting Elixir role, let us chat. In the past, several colleagues relocated from other Brazilian regions, to work with us.
